My Reels Up Additional Terms and Conditions
I agree that all files sent to My Reels Up are owned by me and I have full authority to share them. I agree that My Reels Up will use my shared videos/photos/files to produce a single highlight reel video that will be uploaded to its YouTube channel and become My Reels Up property. I agree that My Reels Up will send me an unlisted YouTube link as a first draft and I may make up to 3 changes just one time. Any additional requests will be handed on an individual basis at an agreed to price. I agree that My Reels Up will be held harmless in every way upon my acceptance of the final finished product and its publication online. My Reels Up makes no claims as to the effectiveness or success of the video reel made and makes no guarantees or claims that the video will help with the subject obtaining interest in any capacity. I agree that My Reels Up may use any or all portions of my shared content for promotional purposes of its business, website or service on any of its social media platforms or email campaigns. I agree that my payment is refundable ONLY prior to my content being uploaded. Once one file or video is uploaded no refund can be processed
